Brijendra Kumar Singh is an M.Tech graduate from Moscow University and has lived in Russia for over 25 years. With more than two decades of diverse experience in the FMCG and IT industries, he is a pioneer in introducing Automated Payment Machine (APM) kiosks and payment gateway technology to India, bringing deep market insight and a proven record of launching innovative solutions. As the co-founder of Smart City Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. and Two Acres Agritech, Brijendra has designed and developed Neo Humus—India’s most effective bio-fertilizer made from animal and bio-waste. His BDC (Bio Dynamic Converter) technology can decompose waste into rich humus within just 14 days, restoring soil health and reducing reliance on chemical fertilizers. He has also played a key role in transferring advanced energy-saving technologies to India. One of his landmark innovations is the Proud Army IRHS Heating System, the most efficient heater of its kind, capable of operating on solar, inverter, and wind turbine power. This breakthrough is a game-changer for extremely cold regions where survival is challenged by the high cost of energy, transforming how people think about heating solutions. Mr. Haji Ghulam Mohd. (Agri Entrepreneur, Turtuk) is a founder of Tsarma Organic Fruit Turtuk, with products catalogue containing organic apricot, apricot kernel oil, apricot juice, walnut, seabuck throne juice, buckwheat etc. He runs an inhouse apricot related product processing unit. He possesses a deep understanding of apricot harvesting packages of practices.

Asiya Tabassum
Asiya Tabassum is a dedicated social work professional holding a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Kashmir. She currently serves as a District Programme Manager at the Ladakh Rural Livelihoods Mission (since 2023), leading the design, implementation, and monitoring of rural livelihood initiatives. Her prior experience includes spearheading elderly welfare projects as a Field Officer at HelpAge India (2019-2020). Combining strategic vision with deep empathy, she excels in community mobilization, rural development, and program leadership, empowering vulnerable populations.
Mudassir Rauf Wani
Mudassir Rauf Wani is a Functional Manager at the Department of Industries and Commerce, Kargil. He is overseeing schemes like Prime Minister's Employment Generation Program (PMEGP), Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises(PMFME), and PM Vishwakarma. He has experience in enterprise creation and ecosystem development.
